OverviewOur return and refund policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Return ConditionsTo be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Discounted ProductsOnly regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Discounted items will be refunded at the discounted price.
ExchangesWe only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@elleracake.com and send the item to our address.
Return ShippingTo return your product, please send it to our address.
Shipping costs are handled as per the agreement, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
